Synopsis:

When counterfeit currency begins appearing in the capital, two constabulary departments, the Six Fan Gate Constabulary and Divine Constabulary, are ordered to investigate. Six Fan Gate Constabulary officer Coldblood (Deng Chao) is ordered to go undercover at the Divine Constabulary, where he meets fellow constables Life Snatcher (Ronald Cheng) and Iron Hand (Collin Chou), as well as the empathic female constable Emotionless (Crystal Liu). The Four constables are "kung-fu superheros" as they are each skilled in special super powers.

Emotionless learns of Coldblood's undercover identity, but feelings develop between them. Coldblood's report on the Divine Constabulary's investigation causes it to be closed, but before he has time to regret what he's done, he discovers that the counterfeit currency is only part of a plot to overthrow the government by the 'Lord of Wealth', the unscrupulous merchant An Shigeng, who'd sell his mother to the devil and betray his own country for profit. The huge responsibility of the country now falls on The Four.
