Shipping Policy

We will contact you shortly after your confirmed order to arrange for shipping via your contact information provided. Alternatively, you may want to email us at info@simplyfun.com.sg to let us know your preference.

***Free Delivery Service (Singapore)***

We provide free delivery island-wide (Singapore) for all orders from http://simplyfun.com.sg/

Free Deliveries can be by post delivery or our van delivery service, whichever we deem fit or appropriate for the address or product purchased. For preferential delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate depending on delivery schedule.

Once the order is packed and ready from warehouse, we will contact the customer by phone/sms to arrange and confirm the delivery. Delivery will be next available and usually should be within 5 business days. Do not wait for the delivery if it has not been arranged yet.

Self Collection (Pick-Up)

Customers can also arrange to pick up from our office with no delivery charge. Self Collection have to be prearranged at least one business day in advance, by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the next business day, email will be sent once the order is ready. Prearrangement can be made thereafter. Self collect hours are 9.00am-12.30pm and 2.00pm-5.30pm weekdays only.

 

Returns Policy

Product will be exchangeable (for same product purchased) for the conditions (1.)+(2.)+(3.) or (1.)+(3.):

  1. Item(s) are returned within 7 days of purchase date
  2. Wrong item(s) shipped.
  3. Item(s) must be in re-saleable condition. All packaging and accessories must be intact.
Product will be refundable if either:

  1. Item(s) are not as described.
  2. Item(s) damaged in delivery and there is no stock for replacement.
Transportation cost of return and exchange products will be borne by the customer.

Any other form of returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, usually in a form of discounted buy backs.
